WHO WE ARE
As our name implies, we are audit specialists who exclusively offer audit services to our clients. We are authorised to operate as registered auditors in the United Kingdom under the registration number 2000001015 and are registered with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
We are based in Hammersmith, London, but we work with clients across the UK. We partner with accountancy, tax, and consulting firms that are not regulated to undertake audit work and work with audit firms that are not able to ethically provide audits as a service to their clients.
Most of our work focuses on financial statement audits of limited companies and groups for accountancy firms’ clients. We also work with companies and businesses directly. We offer a portfolio of auditing services, including external audits, CASS audits, assurance engagements, internal audits, and audit support services to clients across multiple industries. We work with clients, including standalone SMEs or OMB entities, groups of companies, Special Purpose Vehicle, FCA Regulated entities, Law Firms and Charities.

IRFAN ZUBERI
FOUNDER and CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Irfan is the Founder and CEO of The Audit Experts. He has more than 15 years of external audit experience with the Big 4 audit firms (Deloitte, KPMG, and EY) and the Top 20 audit firms in the UK.
Irfan had an opportunity to work closely with UK regulators on his audit portfolio, so he understands the improvements they are looking to make in the UK audit sector. Irfan is technically very competent with accounting standards and has years of experience providing accounting and technical support to his clients on technical accounting matters.
Irfan has audited a number of companies and groups in various sectors. Irfan also worked with Lloyds Banking Group on several internal audit projects. Irfan also has significant experience as an external auditor with banks, law firms, charities and FCA-regulated entities.
Irfan is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) and The Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA). Before The Audit Experts, Irfan worked as an audit director at a top-tier UK audit firm and was responsible for the leadership and execution of a diverse portfolio of external audits, including a number of public interest entities. During his audit career, Irfan identified that some accountancy firms could not serve their clients for their auditing needs as they are not regulated to undertake audit work or cannot ethically provide audit as a service to their clients, which influenced him to set up The Audit Experts.

IFRS & ISA TECHNICAL LEAD SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
Amtul is an ACCA-qualified professional with an M.Sc. in Finance, Investment & Risk from the University of Kent. Amtul has worked as an Audit Trainee with PwC. She was also a lecturer at Kaplan UK for 7 years and has experience teaching ACCA Auditing and Financial reporting subjects under her belt. Before joining The Audit Experts, Amtul worked as a technical training manager with Baker Tilly UK and was helping the technical team develop the firm’s audit methodology, training staff members and regularly dealing with the technical queries from the engagement teams in technical accounting and assurance matters.
At The Audit Experts, she leads our technical team and helps our staff members and clients with their technical queries and questions. Using her wealth of knowledge and experience, she is able to provide her clients with a well-researched, tailored and in-depth experience in training and technical queries.

Noman has over a decade of experience working with the Big 4 (Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC) audit firms and is a fellow member of The Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).
Noman worked as a manager in Deloitte’s banking and capital markets team in London, managing securitisation audits and derivative valuations. Noman also has considerable experience in SOX assurance, IFRS 9 projects, regulatory reporting, financial accounting, and reporting projects in London.
Noman is our subject matter expert specialising in special-purpose audits across various asset classes, including but not limited to Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), auto loans, and credit card portfolios. Noman has extensive experience in managing audits of PIE and non-PIE SPVs.
During his career, Noman was committed to maintaining high standards during audits and ensured compliance with relevant financial reporting frameworks and the Companies Act 2006. At The Audit Experts, Noman leads the direction and execution of SPV audits.

Atta Ul Haque is a qualified FCCA with over 13 years’ experience with KPMG and Deloitte. Atta has also helped number of UK Banks and audit firms including Lloyds Banking group, Gulf International Bank, Northern Trust, Aegon, MUFG and EY for over 6 years as a CASS subject matter expert. Atta is an accomplished CASS SME with extensive expertise in Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) regulations, particularly within the banking, brokerage, and asset management sectors. His robust background, which spans roles as an external auditor, internal auditor, compliance reviewer, and CASS oversight manager, provides him with a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of CASS compliance.
Atta’s expertise includes detailed analysis of operational processes to ensure adherence to CASS 6, 7, and 8 rules, as well as managing key reporting requirements such as CMAR submissions and maintaining the CASS Resolution Pack. He is also experienced in overseeing the implementation of CASS compliance frameworks and ensuring continuous adherence to regulatory standards.
Atta is skilled in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, optimizing operational processes, and providing strategic oversight to ensure organizations meet their regulatory obligations while safeguarding client assets.
