WHAT WE DO
We exclusively do audit and assurance work and provide hassle-free auditing solutions. We partner with accountancy, tax and consulting firms who are not regulated to undertake audit work and work with audit firms who are not able to ethically provide audit as a service to their clients.
Companies that have or exceed any two or more of the below criteria are legally required to have a statutory audit of their company in the UK:
- More than 50 employees on average
- Gross assets worth more than £5.1 million
- An annual turnover of more than £10.2 million
The services we provide require registered auditor status by a recognised professional body. We are registered with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and are authorised to operate as registered auditors in the UK under registration number 2000001015.
Our work primarily focuses on voluntary and statutory audits of limited companies and groups for accountancy firms’ clients. We also work with companies and businesses directly. We offer a portfolio of auditing services, including external audits of financial statements, CASS audits, assurance engagements, internal audits, and audit support services to clients across multiple industries. Our clients also include audit firms who collaborate with us to outsource auditing activities, require our help to perform hot and cold reviews, conduct audit training for their team and provide advice on technical accounting matters.

EXTERNAL AUDIT:
The annual financial statement prepared by the company summarises the company’s assets, liabilities, performance, and financial position. Many stakeholders, including banks, suppliers, customers, and shareholders, use this information when making financial decisions. We conduct external audits of financial statements and offer assurance to stakeholders that the financial statements accurately reflect the financial performance and position of the business and have been prepared in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Our personnel have extensive experience working with the Big 4 and Top 20 audit firms as well as with UK regulators, so we understand their expectations, which means increased audit quality on your audits.
INTERNAL AUDIT:
The Audit Experts Internal Audit Service offering aims to help your board and leadership teams accomplish corporate objectives by introducing innovation and improvements. One of the pillars of good governance has always been internal audit, which should be a key component of your organisation’s governance procedures because it ensures the integrity of your most basic internal controls, aids in the detection and prevention of fraud, and keeps an eye on adherence to corporate governance codes, laws, regulations, and organisational policy. Internal auditing is essential for risk management and mitigation as it looks beyond financial risks and assists your company in navigating the potentially hazardous environment to which it is exposed.
CASS AUDIT:
A CASS audit is necessary for designated investment firms that hold their client’s money and/or custody assets in connection with their regulated activities. Our team members have performed client asset work for a variety of regulated entities, such as banks, fund managers, wealth managers, brokers, and insurance firms. We provide a reasonable opinion as part of the CASS audit to confirm whether the firm maintained systems that were sufficient to enable it to comply with the relevant rules throughout the period and whether the firm was in compliance with those rules at the end of the period.
We also offer a hybrid CASS opinion for firms that hold their client’s money (CASS 7) but do not hold custody assets (CASS 6) or for firms that hold custody assets (CASS 6) but do not hold client money (CASS 7). We also provide limited assurance CASS opinion to the firms who don’t hold client money and custody assets to confirm that, based on our procedures, nothing came to the auditor’s attention suggesting that custody assets or client funds were held during the period. The CASS auditor is required to submit their report to the FCA within four months following the conclusion of the firm’s accounting year.
ASSURANCE:
It is not uncommon for businesses to decide that they require an external expert to help them provide opinions on specific projects. Depending upon the scope, this work can provide limited assurance or be completed to a level expected from the audit. Some of the assurance services we have provided to our clients include testing of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting, agreed-upon procedures, quarterly reviews, and profit verification reviews.
We have experience offering assurance services to enterprises of all sizes and types. We conduct the work, consult with management, and submit our report to the Board, Audit Committee, Group Auditors, or UK regulators, including the Financial Conduct Authority, in accordance with the scope of our work.

This is especially true for large corporations or public interest entities that are audited by the Big 4 or Top 20 audit firms.
