LAW FIRMS
All solicitor firms in England and Wales that hold or receive client funds must acquire an Accountant’s Report within six months following the conclusion of the relevant accounting period. This report verifies that the firm has adhered to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules. This exercise must be conducted annually.

An auditor must be registered with a recognised professional body to provide this service. We are registered with The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and are authorised to operate as registered auditors in the UK under registration number 2000001015.
Our team members have significant experience working in a law firm and complying with SRA rules. They also audit the law firms to check that the firm is complying with SRA rules.
If you are looking to organise an SRA audit of your law firm, please get in touch with us for an initial discussion.
