UK SUBSIDIARIES
A UK company may be part of an international group, so the overseas group auditors may require a UK subsidiary company to be audited. We can act as component auditors and liaise with the group’s auditors to agree on the scope of work, and then we can present our findings to them. The group auditors will then use this work to form an opinion on the group’s consolidated accounts.
